You can specify which extensions you would like to enable call recording on, by accessing your Gradwell Control panel, hovering over Your Phones option, and then clicking on Users & Extensions:
Under Users, you will see a list of the users you have set up and you can amend these by clicking on the cog on the right-hand side:
You will then get the option to either Configure User or Delete User, click on Configure User:
This will take you into a screen where you can configure the recording settings for your User, here you will need to select Audio / Recording:
You will then see the following options to record both inbound and outbound calls, here you can choose to enable call recording for one or both options, then click Save Settings:
* Please note that call recordings will only be stored for 30 days so we recommend that these are downloaded from the control panel.
