When you make a VoIP call we present one of your phone numbers as the caller ID (also known as your outbound CLI). Our system is flexible enough to allow you to choose any of the phone numbers on your account as the caller ID, and you can choose different IDs for different extensions on the account.
To change your outbound CLI, log in to your VoIP control panel and click on the Users & Extensions quick link.
Then click the configure (cog) icon to the right-hand side of the user or extension that you wish to change the caller ID for and select Configure User.
Finally, to change the Caller ID, click on the Outbound Calls section from the left, choose your required Caller ID from the drop-down, and then click Save Settings.
