Call pick-up is a feature that allows you to answer someone else's telephone call from your own device. The feature is accessed by pressing *8 and then the call button on your phone (this will be the tick button on a Snom, or the OK button on a Yealink).
To setup a call pick-up group, select Pickup Groups from the Your Phones section of your VoIP control panel.
There will already be a default group setup which you can use if you wish, but to setup a new pick-up group click Add new pickup group
Once you have set a group name, you will see a list of all of the extensions on your account. To add a member to the pick-up group, simply click the button next to the extension that you want to include in the group.
If the extension is a member of group? then a call made to that extension can be answered by an extension that has been added in the can pickup group? column.
Hit 'Save' and the group is created
