If you have purchased our Exchange service and setup mailboxes, setting up an email account in Microsoft Outlook is a simple process.
This article assumes that you have set up your zone file with our Exchange server details. If this is not the case, please read this article before proceeding.
In Outlook, click on Tools and Account Settings
In the box that pops up, click New...
Click Next, leaving Microsoft Exchange, POP3, IMAP, or HTTP selected.
On the next screen, enter your name as well as the email address and password you have configured for the mailbox.
Once done click Next.
Outlook should do the rest for you - it will resolve your domain name to get the details of our Exchange server, completing the rest of the configuration for you.
