In order to send Email via the Gradwell email network you will need to make changes to OS/X Mail to use our outbound servers.
Once you have loaded Mail, click on the Mail menu, then click Preferences.
Email accounts that you have already configured will be listed, select the one you wish to reconfigure to use our outbound email servers.
Next click on the Edit button to the right of the panel.
Under the Outgoing Mail Server field click on Add Server in the dropdown box.
- Set the Server port to 225
- Set the Outgoing mailserver name as relay.gradwell.net
- Set the Authentication type to Password from the dropdown box
- Enter the User Name and Password you chose when you set up the account, and click OK, followed by OK again.
Your email account is now configured to send email through the Gradwell outbound server network.
Your account will still continue to pick up email from the original ISP/Email provider as this has not been modified.
