Please ensure that your Mitel 3300 MXE has been configured as per the following

Add Gradwell as a "Network Element" on the Mitel, our FQDN is "sip.trunk.gradwell.net" and also enable compression by using Zone 2 , your configuration should look as per the screenshot below
Next add the "SIP Peer Profile" as per the below screenshot
Ensure that the defined Trunk Service has the correct COS and COR values configured.
The Session Timer should be set to 0
Set the Maximum Simultaneous Calls value to equal the number of purchases SIP Trunk Licenses
The remainder of the settings should be set as per the below screenshots
There is no need to complete the Authentication options as our network does not support Usernames and Passwords, the trunk is locked to your unique WAN IP Address.
Next the SIP Peer Profile Assignment needs to be configured based on the DID supplied by ourselves , the values below are examples
Next, the DID ranges for CPN Substitution need to be configured
Assign the DID range to the "Gradwell" SIP Peer Profile. From here on, the ARS can be configured as per normal, with the "Route Assignment" rules pointing towards the Gradwell SIP Trunk.
If your Mitel Controller is behind a firewall, ensure that your firewall supports "ALG" SIP Transformation, if your firewall does not support ALG you will be able to setup a call, but no audio will pass.
