By default, your outbound caller ID that is presented to other parties when you call them is set to the phone number that was assigned to your SIM card when you signed up.
However, you can change this to any of the registered phone numbers on your account. This can be useful for companies that would prefer to present a generic number when employees make calls, for example the comapny switchboard number.
To do this, login to your control panel and click on Mobiles in the left hand menu. Click on the seven digit extension number alongside the SIM card that you wish to configure.
You can now modify the outbound CLI in exactly the same way that you would on a normal extension. Scroll to PSTN/Billing Settings and use the dropdown box alongside PSTN caller ID to change the number that is displayed when you make a call.
If you would prefer to withhold your number, simply ensure that the Withhold CLI box is ticked.
Click Save to enable any changes.
