When you sign up for Gradwell Mobile a number is assigned to your SIM card. However, there is nothing stopping you changing the assigned number for your mobile phone to any of the other fully featured telephone numbers on your account.
How can I tell if my phone number is fully featured?
You can tell if a number is fully functional by checking the phone numbers page.
Simply log in to your control panel and click on Phone numbers. All of the phone numbers on your account are listed here, along with a description of the functionality of the number. Any telephone number that says Fully Featured can be directed towards your Gradwell Mobile SIM card.
Multi User VoIP and Gradwell Mobile packages provide you with one fully featured phone number, so you can reroute any of these to your SIM card if you wish.
Multi User Additional Numbers are designed to route to another number on your account, therefore the only way these will reach your SIM card is if you direct them towards a telephone number that routes to your SIM card.
Multi User Personal numbers are designed to point towards extensions only, therefore these cannot be used to route to a mobile SIM card.
How do I reroute a fully featured number to a mobile SIM card?
This is simple to do, simply use the destination field to choose your mobile extension using the dropdown box, and click Save to enable to change.
