In recent months members of ITSPA (the industry body representing VoIP providers) have seen a large increase in incidents of VoIP fraud.
In order to help protect our customers from this threat, Gradwell allows you to set a daily spend alert on your account. This allows you to set a maximum cost to you of daily calls, providing you with peace of mind that the first you know of problems with your account won't be when you receive a large phone bill.
If you attempt to make a call and you have already reached your daily spend limit you will hear a message saying that your outbound call has been blocked (please note that ongoing calls are not automatically stopped when you reach your daily limit, so you may pay more than your daily limit. However any further attempts to make outbound calls will not be authorised).
