Some website applications require you to input a location for a database on your hosting service. Often this will be pre-populated with localhost, however this won't work on our system. Instead you need to provide an IP address and port. This information is shown on your database's configuration page. To do this, login to your control panel and select More Services from the top menu.
Now select Databases.
A list of your database will be shown. Select the database you created and make a note of the Internal hostname and Host port fields. These are what you need to input when recording the location of your database. In the example below, you would use 192.168.50.220:3306
