Using our Hosted Exchange service, you can automatically forwarded any emails received to another address of your choice. This is managed through your control panel. After you have logged in select Exchange from the top menu.
Find the mailbox you wish to forward mail from and select Forwarding. Click Enable to change the forwarding rules.
Simply enter the email address that you wish to forward any received messages to. If you have Leave copy of messages unticked then the received email will be automatically deleted from the Hosted Exchange mailbox.
