A user is someone that is able to login to the system and use the services that you have purchased. For example, if you have purchased email services the user can manage their mailbox.

To setup a new user, click Create User from your control panel.
Enter a Display name (as they will appear to you in your control panel) and then decide on the login - this will form their email address too if you have hosting services.
n.b. if you have more than one domain hosted you will need to choose which one the user will have access to. It is not possible to have one service user access multiple domains.
Enter a password (you can also autogenerate one here if you wish) and select what services you wish the user to be able to access. Click Next >> when you are ready to complete the user setup.
The user can then login to their control panel using their email address and the password you created.
