In order to cancel your services with Gradwell please complete the attached cancellation form.
Once the form has been downloaded, this can be edited using a standard pdf reader. Once completed, please return the form to our Support team by emailing email@example.com. You will then receive a ticket number and a member of the team will confirm receipt of your request shortly. Please note that the cancellation request must be sent from the master email address of the account otherwise this will not be accepted.
If you no longer have access to the master email address, please send us a fax on company headed paper confirming that the account needs to be closed. Please also include a copy of the completed cancellation form which can be printed.
If you do not have access to a fax machine, please write to us on company headed paper including a completed copy of the cancellation form.
