By default, when a subscription is due to be renewed we will automatically attempt to take payment in advance of your renewal date to ensure that there is no break in service.
If you wish to instead be notified that a subscription needs to be renewed and manually pay for it yourself you can modify this behaviour on a per subscription basis, or alternatively for all services on your account.
Please note that if you turn off automatic renewal you will need to log in to your control panel to confirm that you want your services to renew and authorise payment. Failure to do this may lead to a gap in service. Please read this guide for instructions on how to manually pay invoices through your control panel.
Turning off automatic renewal on a per subscription basis
To only turn of auto-renewal for certain subscriptions, log in to your control panel and select Subscriptions from the home page (within the Account area).
You will see a list of your subscriptions. Select the one you wish to modify.
Select Turn Off Auto-Renewal. The page will reload with a confirmation that auto-renewal is turned off.
If you decide to turn auto-renewals back on, simply return to the subscription and select Turn On Auto-Renewal.
Turning off automatic renewal for all services
