All of our email services allow you to use SpamExperts filtering for inbound mail. This provides powerful anti-spam filtering based on pre-configured rules (e.g. commonly seen junk email that has already been reported as spam will be automatically blocked) which you can also manually tailor for your needs.
If you wish to use SpamExperts you will need to manually enable it on each of your domains. To do this, login to your control panel and scroll down the dashboard until you see Virus and Spam Filtering. Select the Create link.
Select the domain or domains that you wish to enable filtering on and select Next >>, and then finally on the next screen select Finish.
Installation of SpamExperts will now be scheduled, and may take a few minutes. When it is fully installed on your domain you can access the configuration panel by selecting Virus and Spam Filtering from the top menu.
If you see a dashboard like below then SpamExperts has successfully deployed on your domain. If this doesn't appear then retry in a few minutes time. This allows you to control the spam settings on your domain.
If you would prefer for your users to manage their own spam settings then you can add their mailboxes to the service, allowing them to access this dashboard. For more information on this functionality please read this guide.
