Administrators can control read and write access to corporate folders (also known as shares) on a user and group basis.
If you have already created a service user on your account (e.g. someone that has a mailbox) then you can add access to Gradwell Cloud Drive to their account.
To do this, log in to your control panel and select Gradwell Cloud Drive from the top menu.
Tip: If this link doesn't appear, you need to select your Gradwell Cloud Drive subscription from the dropdown menu in the top right hand corner of the control panel first.
Your Gradwell Cloud Drive user list will load. To open the administration portal select the Gradwell Cloud Drive CP button.
Select the shared folder you wish to edit. A list of all users and groups with access will load. In the Permission column simply click to change read/write access for the user or group.
n.b. if a user has permissions on the folder that are different to added groups that they are also a member of then their user permission will take priority.
