Once you have setup your user login to access Gradwell Cloud Drive, you can download our Mac application to allow you to access your organisation's files directly from your computer.
To get the client, navigate to the Gradwell Cloud Drive web client and select the Download for Mac button on the bottom of the page.
The installer will be saved to your computer. Run it and complete the installation process. Once the application launches you will be asked for your user login - these are the ones that you created when you received an email invite to use the service.
When you are happy with the configuration, select Log in.
Accessing your files
Once you have successfully logged in the drive will be created on your computer and files will be synced. You can view them in Finder by selecting GoFiles from the left hand menu. Any files added here will automatically be synced with our servers.
You can also access the drive from within applications, for example Microsoft Word.
