Firstly, log into your Gradwell Cloud Control Panel. You can login by clicking here
When you are logged in, you need to click on the Account tab at the top of the page. Then select Payment Methods.
Secondly click on the option to Add Bank Account (as below)
To setup the Direct Debit, click on the magnifying glass icon to the right of the Payment System box and choose Direct Debit as your payment method.
You will then need to enter your 8 digit Bank Account Number, 6 digit Sort Code, and the name of the Bank Account Holder. You will then need to enter your email address, billing address and contact telephone number.
Finally, you will need to put a 'tick' in the box at the bottom of the page to accept the Direct Debit Guarantee (see the example below).
Once you have clicked Save, you will see a screen which wil advise you that your Direct Debit has been successfully added to the system. You will notice that by default, Auto Payments will be switched Off.
To switch Auto Payments on, click on Direct Debit
A summary of your Direct Debit details will appear and all that you have to do to finish off the setup is click the Enable Auto Payments button at the bottom and that's it! Your Direct Debit is now setup.
