We use a dedicated web page to keep customers up to date with what maintenance we perform, and the event of any service disruptions.
We have a dedicated UK development team who are constantly working on our system. We releases about 300 updates a month, which include improving existing services and building brand new things for you to use. Sometimes as part of this work we have to make changes to our system that might have a risk of disrupting services. This is rare, but if we recognise a risk to service we'll tell you about it by posting on our status page, or on our status Twitter.
For this reason we would recommend all customers sign up to our status page. It is our primary communication method to let you know what we're up to, and whether this will affect you.
