Voice-To-Text is a service that analyses your voicemail and converts it into text for you, saving you having to dial in to listen to voicemail. Transcriptions can be emailed, sent by SMS or read from the voicemail area of your control panel.
The service is purchased on a per-extension basis. Navigate to the Users & Extensions section in your control panel (as below).
Then click the configure (cog) icon to the right-hand side of the user or extension that you wish to change the caller ID for and select Configure User.
Select Voicemail from the left and purchase either the pay as you go or unlimited service (from the purchase a package in the Voice-2-Text section). Once you have purcased the necessary package you will then be able to use the Yes/No slider button to toggle the service off and on under 'Enable Voice-to-Text transcription'.
How to change what email address is used to notify of new voicemail
If you wish to change the email address which receives the converted voicemail text, simply edit the extension's email address in the control panel.
