If you wish to use your VoIP phone behind a firewall you may need to configure port forwarding. Please see this guide for an overview if you are unsure what this means.
The exact steps that you take to configure your phone will depend on the make and model of your phone. Make sure that you know how to navigate to the web interface for your device (you will have to type the IP address of the phone into your browser).
Once you have logged in to the web interface of your phone, you will usually need to head to the area that controls your registration for the phone (i.e. where you put your Gradwell extension and password when setting your phone up).
In this section you will see a field that is usually called Outbound Proxy. In this field, enter nat.gradwell.com:5082.
(If there is a field below it for the port just enter nat.gradwell.com in the outbound proxy field and enter 5082 in the port field).
