If you have configured your mailing list so that certain posts require moderation before being sent to list members, a moderator can approve the message by forwarding the message to the group mailing list address with the following in the first line of the body (not the subject line) of the email:
Approve <list password>
The list password will be removed by the mailing list system before the message is forwarded on to all list subscribers.
The list password can be found by navigating to the mailing list in the online control panel, clicking it and selecting Configuration from the top menu bar.
You can change the password if you wish by click the Edit button below it.
