Our email forwarding service can be used in several different ways depending on your needs.
Forward multiple email addresses to the same mailbox
Once you have created an email forwarding rule, you can add additional email addresses to it. This is useful if you need to set up multiple forwarding addresses for your domain, and wish to use the same mailbox for each one. If you ever need to set a new destination address, rather than editing multiple rules you can instead edit just the one.
To do this, please read this guide.
Forward emails received to an address to multiple mailboxes
The service supports forwarding any email received to multiple email accounts. All mailboxes will then receive a copy of the email. Simply add multiple email addresses when setting up the rule or later on to an existing rule.
Allow users to manage their own forwarding rules
Some customers find it useful for staff to be able to manage and edit their own forwarding rules, reducing the need for an administrator to manage any required changes. When setting up a completely new rule you are asked to create a login (username and password) for that rule. This login can then be used at https://controlpanel.gradwell.com and that rule edited. The user will only have access to their rule, not the rest on your account.
If you ever upgrade your service to full mail hosting, this same method also allows users to manage their own mail settings and access web mail.
