SpamExperts allows you to check inbound mail logs to see what emails have been accepted, rejected or grey listed. You can do this on a company-wide basis or for an individual mailbox.
To check the mail log, login to your control panel and select Virus and Spam Filtering from the top menu.
From the SpamExperts dashboard, select Log search.
You can now select your search criteria. After you click Start Search your results will be displayed, you can export this to a CSV file if you wish.
If an email has been rejected, the reason will be shown. Rejected emails have simply been 'bounced', and therefore will require resending if you feel it should have been delivered. However, you should add it to the sender whitelist first. Quarantined emails can usually be managed directly from the search results, alternatively you can manage them on the spam quarantine page.
