Before we Start
You will need the following to be able to log into your Gradwell Calls Control Panel
- Your master email address.
- Your account password
- Your security pin
How to Log In
The Gradwell control panel is located at login.gradwell.com.
Once you have entered in your master email address, which will be the main contact address for your account, and the control panel password you just need to click on 'Login' to move to the next stage of the process. Note that this is case sensitive so if your password has capitals then they must be entered too. This password is only known to you so no Gradwell employee will know this.
You will have specified a 4 digit security pin when you set up your account. You will need to enter this to complete the second stage of the authentication process. Some browsers auto-populate the pin entry field with characters (shown as either dots or asterisks) so make sure to remove those before entering in your pin.
Once you have logged in you will be shown a number of icons relating to the services that you hold with us. To access the Calls section of your control panel you will need to click on the yellow 'VoIP' icon.
We will now look at how you can reset your login details if you are experiencing issues.
How to change your Password
If you have forgotten the password you use to log into login.gradwell.com then all you need to do is to click on the 'Forgot Your Password?' link below the text entry fields.
You will be taken to the page below which allows you to ask for a password reset email to be sent to your master email address.
Once you have entered your email address, simply press the 'Reset Password' button.
You will then be shown the following confirmation screen. If you don't enter your master email address, and it isn't recognized by our system, then no email will be received and you will still see this response.
If, after a suitable length of time has passed, you still haven't received a password reset email then you may need to check your spam filter to verify if this has accidentally captured the email.
How to change your Security Pin
Your security pin is the primary authentication method to identify yourself, either on the phone or in the second step of logging into your control panel.
If you have forgotten your security pin then you can request a pin reset by clicking on the 'I have forgotten my PIN' link below the character entry field.
Simply click on the 'Request a PIN' link and a new PIN will be sent to your master email address.
If, after a suitable length of time has passed, you still haven't received a pin reset email then you may need to check your spam filter to verify if this has accidentally captured the email.
